This is one magic bottle! Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion is one of the best cosmetic products on the market!
It does wonders for your eyeshadow for three reasons:
- It makes makes eyeshadow last longer- It provides a base to make eyeshadow more vibrant
- It does not crease!!
The bottle is really cute and shaped like a genie bottle, and the applicator is really easy to use. It's basically concealer for your eyelids - it dries quickly and invisibly. All you do is dab it onto your eyelids before you apply your eyeshadow and it instantly creates smooth eyelids, ready to cling to eyeshadow.
I first discovered UDPP (as people like to call it) when I was online one day, just surfing some makeup discussion boards. People kept saying 'UDPP this, UDPP that' and I'm sitting at my computer going, "What is UDPP?!" I read on and every person just kept raving about how great of a product it is, and how everyone must try it at least once. Everyone kept saying how it doens't crease, but I was skeptical.
I was at Sephora one day and found the Primer Potion, so I decided to try it out. My first 'test run' of it was a day at Canada's Wonderland with a friend, I applied it under my eyeshadow that morning, and it was a rainy and very humid day. I thought for sure my eyeshadow was going to crease...
Eight hours later through rain, sweat and humidity, NO CREASING! I now swear by it.

I tried this once upon a time when I got it as a free sample from Sephora, but I just don't wear eyeshadow enough to have a need for it. But I'm very tempted to try the tinted one!
